【摘要】 加快城镇化进程是我国统筹协调发展的一项重要决策和战略。我国县域城镇化建设的步伐已落后于城市,而制约城镇化水平提升的一个重要环节则是县域商业网点空间布局的不合理,研究县域商业网点空间布局优化问题是提高城镇化水平的重要课题。以黑龙江省15个城市所辖县域数据为样本数据基础,结合经济社会统计数据,构建了县域商业网点布局与城镇化发展水平的指标评价体系,运用因子分析法及空间计量分析等方法进行实证分析,探讨了黑龙江省各地县域商业网点布局与城镇化发展之间存在着不同程度的关联关系。研究表明,县域商业网点布局质量的提高对于地区城镇化质量的提高有重要的影响作用,且两者之间存在显著的正相关关系,即当县域商业网点布局的两个评价指标每提高1个百分点,则城镇化质量水平会相应地提高0.8731个百分点和0.5604个百分点.更多还原

【Abstract】 To speed up the urbanization process,is an important decision-making and coordinated development of our country as a whole strategy.The county urbanization in China has lagged behind the pace of the construction of the city,and restrict the urbanization level is an important link is the county commercial network layout is unreasonable. The county commercial network layout optimization problem is to improve the urbanization level of important topic. 15 cities in Heilongjiang province,the county data as the foundation of sample data,combined with the social and economic statistical data,constructing the county commercial network layout and the urbanization development level index evaluation system,using the method of factor analysis and spatial econometric analysis of the empirical analysis,discusses the Heilongjiang province around the county commercial network layout and there are different degrees of correlation between urbanization development. Studies have shown that county to promote the quality of commercial network layout for the improvement of regional urbanization quality have important influence,and there is significant positive correlation between. When the two evaluation indexes of county commercial network layout every 1% increase,the quality level of urbanization will correspondingly increased by 0. 8731% and 0. 5604%.更多还原
