【Abstract】 Knowledge management is a very complex and important process in the course of ERP implementation. It’s very necessary to evaluate the performance of knowledge management in the course of ERP implementation. The empirical study on the data of sample companies provides more scientific references in the process of knowledge management for ERP implementation enterprises. Quality performance,competence performance and output performance of knowledge management are evaluated from different dimension to reflect the different dimension characteristic of knowledge management in the course of ERP implementation.
