【摘要】 我国就业理念的不断转变,使得自主创新创业也逐渐成为了一种新型的就业状态。但是许多地方高校在进行创业教育的过程中,依旧存在有实践体系不完善、教育目标模糊以及师资力量过于薄弱等诸多问题,也就导致了创新教育工作难以取得一个良好的教育效果。因此,地方高校就需要对现有创业教育中存在的诸多不足之处进行优化与完善,在此基础上来进行教育模式的不断创新,才能够实现具有地方特色的高校创新创业教育跨越式发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous change of the employment concept in our country,independent innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually become a new type of employment. But in the process of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,there are still many problems such as incomplete practice system,vague education target and weak teaching staff,which lead to an unsatisfactory education effect of innovation education work. Therefore,local colleges and universities need to optimize and improve the disadvantages existing in the current entrepreneurship education,based on which,innovation should be made in education pattern,to achieve rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship education with local characteristics in colleges and universities.更多还原
