【摘要】 目的探讨一站式临床护理路径对急性发作支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果。方法将160例住院治疗的急性发作支气管哮喘患者分为3组,试验组(n=50)实施一站式临床护理路径;对照1组(n=60)采用常规护理;对照2组(n=50)实施临床护理路径。比较3组患者出院后、出院6个月、12个月治疗效果与肺功能恢复情况。结果 3组患者症状改善、肺功能恢复差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组优于对照l组和对照2组,对照2组优于对照1组。结论一站式临床护理路径能改善急性发作支气管哮喘患者症状、提高肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of one-stop clinical nursing pathway on patients with acute bronchial asthma.Methods There were 160 cases patients with acute bronchial asthma who were hospitalized in 3 groups,and the experimental group( n= 50) was used to implement one-stop clinical nursing pathway.Routine nursing was used in control group 1( n= 60).The clinical nursing pathway was implemented in control group 2( n = 50).The symptom improvement and lung fuction recovery were compared with 3 groups of patients after discharge,6 months after discharge,12 months of treatment effect.Results Symptom improvement and lung fuction recovery among three groups of patients showed significant differences( P<0.01),the experimental group was better than that of control group 1 and control group 2,control 2 group was superior to the control group 1.Conclusion The one-stop clinical nursing pathway can improve the symptoms and lung function of patients with acute bronchial asthma.更多还原
