【摘要】 目的调查先兆早产孕妇心理弹性水平并分析其影响因素,为临床护理干预提供指导。方法采用一般资料调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表及艾森克人格问卷对238例先兆早产孕妇进行调查,并进行单因素分析、相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性总分为(58.97±14.68)分;医疗费用支付形式、孕周、有无不良孕产史、客观支持及神经质等5个因子最终进入多元逐步回归方程,可解释总变异的51.0%。结论先兆早产孕妇的心理弹性水平较低,医疗费用支付形式、孕周、有无不良孕产史、客观支持及神经质是先兆早产孕妇心理弹性的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological resilience of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery,and to analyze its influencing factors,and to provide guidance for clinical nursing intervention. Methods A total of 238 pregnant women were selected by means of a convenient sampling method.The general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale( CD-RISC),Social Support Rating Scale( SSRS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale for Chinese( EPQ-RSC) were used to investigate,and then single factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were performed.Results The total score of CD-RISC in pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery was( 58. 97 ± 14. 68). Medical expenses payment form,gestational age,history of adverse pregnancy,objective support and neuroticism entered the multiple stepwise regression equation,explaining the total variation of 51. 0%.Conclusion The psychological resilience level of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery is relatively low. Medical expenses payment form,gestational age,history of adverse pregnancy,objective support and neuroticism are the main influencing factors of the psychological resilience level of pregnant women with threatened preterm delivery.更多还原
