【摘要】 目的探讨复发性免疫型胚胎停育患者焦虑、抑郁与社会支持水平,并分析其相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表对北京市某三级医院风湿免疫科就诊的310例复发性免疫型胚胎停育患者进行调查。结果复发性免疫型胚胎停育患者焦虑总分高于国内常模(P<0.01);抑郁严重度指数为(0.53±0.13)分,为轻度抑郁;社会支持各维度及总分低于国内常模(P<0.01);焦虑、抑郁与社会支持各维度以及社会支持总分呈负相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,在控制一般资料中家庭月收入≥10 000元和主观支持、对支持的利用度能独立解释胚胎停育患者焦虑变异的19.9%;在一般资料中目前有无孩子、主观支持和对支持的利用度能独立解释胚胎停育患者抑郁变异的34.3%。结论复发性免疫型胚胎停育患者焦虑、抑郁总体处于较高水平,与社会支持水平具有相关性,医护人员应当鼓励患者获得更多的社会支持,从而降低其焦虑、抑郁水平,促进身心健康,从而优化患者结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship among anxiety,depression and social support in the patients with recurrent immunerelated embryo damage.Methods Totally,310 patients with recurrent immune-related embryo damage in rheumatism immunology department from a 3 A-level hospital in Beijing were investigated by general data questionnaire,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale( SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale( SDS),Social Support Rating Scale( SSRS).Results The anxiety of patients with recurrent immune-related embryo damage was higher than that of domestic norm( P<0.01).The severity index of depression was( 0.53±0.13),which was mild depression.Social support for each dimension and total score were below the domestic norm( P < 0. 01),anxiety,depression and social support were divided into negative correlation( P<0. 01). Stratified regression analysis showed that in controlling general data,household monthly income was greater than 10,000 yuan and subjective support,and support utilization could independently explain the 19.9 percent of anxiety variation in embryo damage patients.In the general data,no child,subjective support,and the support utilization can independently explain the 34.3% of the depressive variation.Conclusion The anxiety,depression level of patients with recurrent immune-related embryo damage were high,and were associated with the social support.Medical staff should encourage the patients to get more social support,so as to reduce the level of anxiety and depression,promote health physically and mentally,and optimize patients’ outcomes.更多还原
