流化床煤气化灰团聚行为实验研究
Experimental Study on Ash Agglomeration Behavior in Fluidized Bed Coal Gasification
【摘要】 煤中无机物的熔融、粘附、团聚行为是影响流化床煤气化工艺的关键因素之一。以某流化床气化炉排出的团聚灰球为研究对象,采用电子显微镜、SEM-EDX对其形貌、选区元素组成进行了分析,结果表明团聚灰球是由连续相矿物质和非连续相残碳组成,熔融的小灰粒聚集、长大过程中粘附、包裹细小碳粒,形成团聚体,呈现"灰裹碳"形态。
【Abstract】 The fusion, adhesion and agglomeration behaviors of coal ash play key roles in operation of fluidized bed coal gasification. The morphology and elemental composition of the four agglomerated ash particles removed from fluidized bed gasifier pilot unit are analyzed by using electron microscope and SEM-EDX. The results show that the agglomerated ash particles consist of continuous mineral phase and discontinuous unreacted carbon, and that there exist carbon fines in the inner of all agglomerated ash particles. The molten ash particles capture and wrap the fine carbon particles during their agglomeration and growth, which results in ash agglomeration.
