基于ADAMS的摆动式抛光磨头凸轮改进设计研究
Research on the Improved Design of the Cam in Swing Type Polishing Head Based on ADAMS
【摘要】 为提高国产磨头抛光性能,利用ADAMS软件对MT268磨头中凸轮机构运动过程中的加速度冲击问题进行了仿真研究,提出采用正弦加速度运动规律改进凸轮轮廓,仿真结果表明改进后的凸轮能有效地降低模块座加速度冲击;同时利用软件参数化分析功能对凸轮和滚轮的接触间隙进行了分析研究,得到凸轮合理的安装位置并给出一种具体的结构改进方案。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the polishing performance of domestic grinding head,the acceleration shock was simulated by using ADAMS software during the motion of CAM mechanism with MT268 grinding head. It was proposed that improvement of the cam outline could be achieved through the sine acceleration law. The simulation results show that the improved cam could effectively reduce the acceleration shock from the model seat; meanwhile,with the analysis of the gap between cam and roller by using the software parametric analysis function,the reasonable installation position of the cam,as well as a concrete structural improvement plan,was obtained.
