【摘要】 研究了航空发动机气路故障诊断中测量参数如何选择的问题。利用发动机故障诊断矩阵,建立了基于条件数和SVD的测量参数选择简易快速算法。算法利用了扰动在诊断系统中的传播,定义了诊断系统的系统能观度和被诊断变量子能观度。在具有不同测量参数诊断系统中,通过计算各自系统能观度和被诊断变量子能观度,确定哪种测量参数的选择更有利于抑制扰动在诊断系统中的传播,从而指导工程中测量参数的选择。通过案例表明了算法的应用价值。算法可用于优化机载发动机测量传感器布局以及台架测量系统中测量传感器布局等,实现测量系统优劣的定量评价。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the problem of how to choose the measurement parameters of the aero engine gas path fault diagnosis is studied.Based on the engine fault diagnosis matrix,a simple and fast algorithm based on the condition number and SVD is established.The algorithm uses the propagation of disturbance in the diagnosis system,and defines the system observability of the diagnostic system and the observability of the diagnostic variables.In the diagnostic system with different measurement parameters,by calculating the observability of each system and the sub observability of the diagnostic variables,the choice of the measurement parameters is more conducive to suppress the propagation of disturbances in the diagnostic system,so as to guide the selection of measurement parameters in engineering.A comparison case of a two dimensional measurement system and a comparison case of a uniaxial turbojet engine measurement system show the application value of the method.The algorithm can be used to optimize the layout of airborne sensor and sensor layout,and achieve quantitative evaluation of the quality of the measurement system.
