【摘要】 目的评价人性化护理模式在分娩时子宫收缩乏力的临床护理效果。方法选择2015年12月-2016年12月收住的产妇107例作为评价对象,予以人性化护理模式的52例产妇为观察组,予以常规护理的55例产妇为对照组,将两组护理效果进行比较分析。结果观察组和对照组在子宫收缩乏力原因基本相同情况下,实施人性化护理干预效果明显优于对照组。结论实施人性化护理干预在缩短分娩第二产程,减轻产妇痛苦,安全分娩方面,取得了积极满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing effect of humanized nursing mode on uterine atony in childbirth. Methods In December 2011,338 cases of parturients received in the 01 month of-2016 were selected as the evaluation object,162 parturients in the humanized nursing mode were used as the experimental group,and 176 parturients with conventional nursing were used as the control group,and the nursing effect of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results In the experimental group and the control group,the effect of humanized nursing intervention was obviously better than that of the control group in the same condition of uterine inertia. Conclusions The implementation of humanized nursing intervention has achieved satisfactory results in shortening the second stage of labor and reducing the rate of cesarean section.更多还原
