【摘要】 目的评估活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者的双阴性T细胞的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年1月-2016年12月收治的90例活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究组。同时抽取90例健康体检者作为对照组。统计分析研究组和对照组细胞免疫指标的情况。统计学分析采用描述性统计分析及t检验。结果与健康对照组比较,活动期SLE患者CD3~+CD4~-CD8~+T细胞,CD3~-CD19~+B细胞升高(P<0.05);CD4~+/CD8~+降低(P<0.05);CD3~+CD4~-CD8~-T细胞(Double negative T cell,DNT)升高(P<0.01)。结论细胞免疫指标对系统性红斑狼疮患者的免疫状态评价具有重要临床应用价值。其中,CD3~+CD4~-CD8~-双阴性T细胞(DNT)的检测尤为重要,应该重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of parameters of cellular immunity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Methods From January 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital 90 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients as the study group.
