【摘要】 目的:观察在小儿非癫痫性发作性疾病中视频脑电图的诊断价值。方法:本次的80例研究对象均选自本院2013年12月至2017年12月期间接收的小儿非癫痫性发作患儿,回顾分析全部患儿的临床基本资料,探究视频脑电图在小儿非癫痫性发作中的诊断价值。结果:63例患儿在监测过程中表现出非癫痫性发作临床事件,而视频脑电图在监测时,没有同步癫痫样放电发生; 10例患儿为非癫痫发作事件合并癫痫,以往均出现过明确的癫痫样放电或癫痫临床发作史,可此次发作性事件没有同步的视频脑电图癫痫样放电;有7例患儿在发作时不存在癫痫样放电,以往也没有癫痫病史,可经过视频脑电图监测,发现存在非发作阶段癫痫样放电现象,且与临床不同步。此外,常规EEG(脑电图)显示,脑电波正常患儿有49例,异常者有31例;而VEEG(视频脑电图)显示正常患儿有63例,异常者有17例,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿非癫痫性发作患儿采取视频脑电图检查,具有较高的诊断价值,为临床诊断提供治疗提供有效参考信息,可进一步推广采纳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the diagnostic value of video EEG in children with non-epileptic episodes. Methods: The80 subjects in this study were selected from children with nonepileptic seizures received from December 2013 to December2017 in this hospital. The clinical basic data of all the children were retrospectively analyzed. Video EEG was investigated in children. Diagnostic value in non-epileptic seizures. Results:Sixty-three children showed clinical events of non-epileptic seizures during monitoring. Video EEG showed no synchronous epileptiform discharge during monitoring. Ten children had epilepsy episodes of non-epileptic seizures. Definite epileptiform discharge or epileptic history of clinical seizures,this episode may not be synchronized with video EEG epileptiform discharge; 7 cases of children without seizure-like discharge during the episode,in the past there is no history of epilepsy,can be Video EEG monitoring showed that there were epileptic discharges during non-episodic episodes,and they were not in sync with the clinic. In addition,conventional EEG showed that there were 49 cases of normal children with brain waves,and 31 cases of abnormalities. There were 63 cases with normal children with VEEG and 17 cases with abnormalities. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Video electroencephalogram examination of children with non-epileptic seizures has high diagnostic value,provides effective reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and can be further promoted and adopted.更多还原
