SOX9与雄激素受体在前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨SOX9与雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)之间的相关性,SOX9表达水平与前列腺癌各临床病理特征之间的关系。方法选取免疫组织化学方法分析使用的组织芯片,包含前列腺原位癌50例(含转移癌19例)、前列腺癌旁组织30例,附带患者详细的临床信息。通过免疫组织化学方法检测SOX9与AR在前列腺癌和癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析SOX9与AR的相关性,对SOX9蛋白表达水平与前列腺原位癌、前列腺癌旁组织之间的关系进行分析。结果 SOX9在前列腺癌中的表达水平(7.160±0.228)较前列腺癌旁组织中的表达水平(5.960±0.067)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AR在前列腺癌中的表达水平较前列腺癌旁组织中的表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOX9的表达水平与AR相关,并呈正相关性。结论 SOX9的表达水平与AR呈正相关性,SOX9基因在前列腺癌临床上表现为促癌基因。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between SOX9 and androgen receptor( AR),and also the relationship between the expression level of SOX9 and the clinical pathological features of SOX9 in prostate cancer patients.Methods With regard to tissue chips for immunohistochemistry,50 cases of primary prostatic carcinoma( including 19 cases of metastatic carcinoma),30 cases of prostatic adjacent tissue carcinoma and other clinical medical data were selected for the study. The expression levels of SOX9 and AR in prostatic carcinoma and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between SOX9 and AR was analyzed,and the relationship between SOX9 expression and primary prostatic carcinoma and adjacent tissues was also analyzed.Results The expression level of SOX9 in prostatic carcinoma( 7.160±0.228) was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues( 5.96±0. 067),with statistical significance( P<0.05). The expression level of AR in prostatic carcinoma was also obviously higher than that in adjacent tissues,also with statistical significance( P<0.05). The expression of SOX9 was positively correlated with that of AR.Conclusion The expression of SOX9 was positively correlated with AR,and SOX9 gene is clinically a carcinogenic gene in prostate cancer.
