公共场所室内空气微生物粒径分布及其与环境因素相关性研究
Distribution of different-sized microorganisms in indoor air and indoor environmental influencing factors in public places
【摘要】 目的探讨公共场所室内空气中微生物粒径分布及其与环境因素的相关性。方法于2016年8—11月采用六级筛孔撞击式采样器采集18家公共场所室内空气微生物(16级),分析微生物粒径分布情况;并收集部分气象因素(气温、相对湿度)和室内空气污染物(PM10、PM2.5、CO、CO2)的浓度数据,分析室内空气微生物与环境因素的相关性。结果公共场所室内空气中细菌粒径分布以第1、5、6级为主,真菌粒径分布以第5、6级为主。Spearman相关分析显示,室内空气中菌落总数与气温呈正相关,真菌总数与相对湿度呈正相关、与CO2浓度呈负相关,且均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论公共场所室内空气中微生物可进入第三级支气管和肺泡,对人体危害较高,微生物浓度与气温、相对湿度、CO2浓度有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the distribution of microbial aerosol with various particle sizes and indoor environmental influencing factors in public places. Methods During August-November 2016,indoor air microorganism in 18 public places were collected by 6-level mesh impacting air sampler and then microbial aerosol particle size distribution was analyzed; The data of indoor microclimate(temperature, humidity) and indoor air pollutants(PM10, PM2.5, CO and CO2) were collected and the correlation between indoor air microorganism and environmental factors was analyzed. Results Particle size distribution of indoor air bacteria in public places was mainly in Class 1, 5 and 6, and as for indoor air fungi, was mainly in Class 5 and 6.Single factor Spearman correlation analysis showed that the total number of bacteria was positively correlated to temperature(P<0.01); The total number of fungi was positively correlated to the relative humidity(P<0.01) and negatively correlated to CO2(P <0.01). Conclusion The indoor air microbial aerosol in public places, which can be inhaled into Class-3 bronchus and alveoli, may affect human health, indoor environmental factors,such as temperature, relative humidity and CO2, may have obvious effects on it.
