基于ASPEN计算的高氨氮渗沥液汽提精馏耦合脱氨中试工艺设计
Pilot Design of Stripping and Distillation Coupled Deamination Process for High Ammonia Nitrogen Leachate Based on ASPEN Calculation
【摘要】 以垃圾填埋场老龄填埋区高氨氮渗沥液为研究对象,通过小试研究得知当塔顶温度78℃,塔釜温度100℃,回流比为4∶1时,塔顶馏出液氨氮浓度65 000 mg/L,折合氨水浓度7.9%,塔釜液氨氮浓度<10 mg/L。根据小试结果,再结合水质特征,完成基于ASPEN计算结果进行汽提精馏耦合脱氨中试设计,设计规模为75 kg/h,效果预期为塔釜脱氨废水氨氮<100 mg/L、SS<600 mg/L、塔顶浓缩氨水含氨>15%。
【Abstract】 With high ammonia nitrogen leachate in aging landfill asthe research object,through a laboratory test,it was found that when the tower top temperature was 78 ℃,the tower kettle temperature was 100 ℃ and the reflux ratio was 4∶1,the tower distillate concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 65 000 mg/L,the ammonia concentration was 7.9% and the ammonia nitrogen concentration in tower kettle liquid was less than 10 mg/L. Finally,according to the results of the laboratory test,combined with the characteristics of water quality,the pilot design of stripping and distillation coupled deamination based on ASPEN calculation results was completed. The design scale was 75 kg/h,and the expected effect was that ammonia nitrogen in the tower kettle deammoniation wastewater was less than 100 mg/L,SS was less than 600 mg/L,and ammonia content of the tower top concentrated ammonia was more than 15%.
