农村生活垃圾固定床气化特性的模拟研究
SIMULATION OF GASIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS FROM RURAL DOMESTIC REFUSE IN A FIXED-BED REACTOR
【摘要】 利用Aspen Plus软件建立了我国农村生活垃圾固定床气化模型。探讨了空气当量比(ER)、氧气浓度(OP)对气化产物、产气效率的影响。结果表明,ER、OP分别控制在0.5和0.3时,碳转化率(CCE)最高。同时采用实验测量数据,改变气化温度研究气化气组分特性,表明模拟值和实验值吻合较好,证明该模型可用于我国农村生活垃圾固定床气化特性研究。并根据模型模拟过程和结果,设计了一套适合我国农村生活垃圾处理的固定床空气气化工艺技术。
【Abstract】 A fixed-bed reactor gasification model of rural domestic refuse in China was established by Aspen Plus( advanced system for process engineering plus) software. Effects of operating parameters,including equivalence ratio( ER) and oxygen percentage( OP),on the syngas composition and gasifier efficiency were analyzed. The results indicated that a maximum carbon conversion efficiency( CCE) could be obtained when operating condition was ER = 0. 5,OP = 0. 3,respectively.Simultaneously,the model prediction characteristics of syngas components was compared with the measured experimental data by changing gasification temperature,and the prediction result showed that they were in satisfying agreement. Therefore,the model could be used to predict and analyze the characteristics of fixed-bed reactors gasification of rural domestic refuse.Finally,according to the process and result of the simulate,we designed a set of atmospheric fixed-bed reactor for rural domestic refuse in China.
