【摘要】 目的:探讨阴道超声诊断早期宫颈癌及癌前病变的应用价值。方法:选取某院妇科收治的52例早期宫颈癌患者作为观察1组,52例宫颈癌癌前病变患者作为观察2组,选取50例体检正常无妇科疾病及症状的女性作为对照组,用阴道超声对3组对象进行检测并分析检测结果。结果:阴道超声的宫颈癌诊断准确率为94.23%,宫颈癌前病变诊断准确率为84.62%;3组间超声声像结果、宫颈内膜厚度与宫颈厚径差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声诊断早期宫颈癌和癌前病变的准确度、敏感度均较高,可作为早期宫颈癌筛查的有效辅助检查方法,减少早期宫颈癌及癌前病变误诊病例的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of cervix CIN. Methods: 52 patients with early cervical cancer were selected as the observation group A and another 52 patients with cervical cancer precancerous lesions as the observation group B. 50 normal females without gynecological diseases were also selected as the control group. Vaginal ultrasound detection of three groups was conducted and the results were analyzed and compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of cervical cancer was 94. 23% and cervix CIN was 84. 62%. There was significant difference in the thickness of cervical intima and cervix thickness between the three groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The accuracy and sensitivity of early diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of cervix CIN by vaginal ultrasonography can be used as an effective auxiliary examination method for early cervical cancer screening so as to reduce the misdiagnosis of early cervical cancer and precancerous lesions of cervix CIN.更多还原
