【Abstract】 In recent years, campus culture has experienced the research of education quality as well as innovation and entrepreneurship, and now it begins to explore the model of integrating campus culture with regional culture. Some scholars have explored and studied from different angles and levels. This paper, taking the China-Russia border university, Heihe University as an example, discusses the practice of campus culture reform in Heihe University from the following three aspects: the connotation of campus culture and regional culture, the inevitability of innovating campus culture, the necessity and feasibility of integrating campus culture and regional culture, analyzes the ways of integrating campus culture and local culture fusion, and then explores of new ideas of serving regional culture for the campus culture reform.更多还原
