【Abstract】 Modern open society makes people break through the shackles of traditional morality; meanwhile, people’s attitude toward marriage has undergone a fundamental shift accordingly. In this regard, this paper makes an in-depth study on the issue of the child support after divorce, analyzes how to define the relationship between the child and their parents after the divorce, and discusses the issue of child-rearing costs.
