【摘要】 大学生村官在开展创业富民实践中,从国家制度设计层面、社会需求层面、个人价值实现层面都起到了积极的推动作用,但受个人择业、家庭期盼、体制制约等因素的影响,大学生村官的职业稳定性不强,大学生村官离岗后,其在岗期间的创业项目如何有效承接,如何继续保障农民收益、发挥项目富民效应,是一个值得思考的问题。从大学生村官创业项目接续的必要性、大学生村官创业项目接续过程中存在的问题、大学生村官创业项目接续性策略探索等三方面展开论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the practice of entrepreneurship and enriching the people,college-graduates village officials play apositive role in promoting the national system design level,social needs level and personal value realization level.However,influenced by individual job selection,family expectation and institutional constraints and other factors,the stability of college-graduates village officials’ occupation is not strong.After their leaving,how to effectively undertake their entrepreneurial projects,how to protect the income of peasants,give full play to the enriching effect of the project,is a problem worth considering.In the paper,three aspects are discussed from the following aspects:the necessity of college-graduates village officials’ entrepreneurship project continuity,the problems existing in the entrepreneurship process,and the continuity strategy exploration of the entrepreneurship project.更多还原
