【Abstract】 The monograph of Professor Dr.Zhang Yulei,Research on the Pattern of Chinese Public Crisis Governance in Transformation Period——from Fragmentation to Holistic,based on the social background of Chinese transition period,makes a theoretical review of the fragmentation of the current public crisis governance model.Based on the theory of holistic governance,it puts forward that we should set up a holistic governance mode of public crisis,showing the direction of thinking beyond the fragmentation governance to the holistic governance.更多还原
