泥鳅杂交F1代与亲本的生长及形态性状比较分析

【摘要】 比较分析了不同生长阶段的辽河泥鳅、黄河泥鳅及其杂交代的体质量、体长、生长性状以及变异系数,建立了不同生长阶段的生长方程,并对主要生长性状进行了通径分析.结果显示,在雌性样本中杂交F1代1龄泥鳅与辽河泥鳅和黄河泥鳅相比体长分别提高了32.99%和28.43%,2龄泥鳅分别提高了35.35%和26.15%;雄性F1代泥鳅体高、体长、尾柄长、腹鳍鳍条数是影响体质量的主要性状;雌性F1代泥鳅背前区长、腹鳍基部到背鳍基部、胸鳍基部到吻端、鳃盖前端上侧到臀鳍前基部是影响体质量的主要性状,上述指标是理想的泥鳅选育形态测量指标.试验结果表明,辽河泥鳅(♂)×黄河泥鳅(♀)杂交F1代在生长性状上有优势,且生长优势是长期稳定的,其形态性状偏向母性遗传.

【Abstract】 By comparing the differences of body weight,body length,growth performance and variation coefficient among Liaohe loach,Yellow River loach and their hybrid generation F1 at different growth stages,growth equations at different growth stages were established;and path analysis of main morphology traits were conducted.The results showed that when compared with the Liaohe and Yellow River loach,the body length of their hybrid generation F1 increased about32.99% and 28.43%respectively after one year growth,while 35.35%and 26.15%respectively after two year growth.Path analysis revealed that body length was closely related with body weight in parental loach.For the male F1 generation,body heigh,body length,caudal peduncle length,the number of pelvic fin rays are the main morphologic characters;while for female F1 generation,the length of back in front of dorsal fin,the base of pelvic fin to the base of dorsal fin and the base of pectoral fin to mouth,the front end of operculum to the front of the anal fin upper base are the main morphologic characters of body quality.These traits are the ideal morphology indexes in breeding loach.The results of this experiment inditcate that the hybrided generation F1 by Liaohe loach(♂)and Yellow River loach(♀)obtain advantage in growth traits which keep stable in long term,and its morphologic characteristics are partial to that of maternal parents.
