不同形貌碳材料的电磁波吸收性能研究

【摘要】 通过测量不同形貌碳材料的电磁参数,并模拟计算反射损耗来评估吸波性能的方法,研究了5种不同形貌碳材料[碳微球(CMSs)、纳米石墨微片(NanoG)、碳纳米纤维(CNFs)、螺旋碳纳米管(HCNTs)和石墨烯(GNs)]在X波段(8.2~12.4GHz)的吸波性能。研究结果表明,5种不同形貌碳材料在最佳匹配厚度下的最小反射损耗均<-10dB,对入射电磁波的吸收率达90%;其中GNs的吸波性能最佳,有效吸收频带宽度达2.4GHz(8.2~10.6GHz),在最佳匹配厚度3.4mm条件下,其反射损耗在8.4GHz处达到了-33.6dB,表明对该频率的电磁波吸收率达99.9%。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic wave absorbing performances of five carbon materials with different morphologies[carbon microspheres(CMSs),graphite nanosheets(nano G),carbon nanofibers(CNFs),helical carbon nanotubes(HCNTs)and graphenes(GNs)]were studied by measuring electromagnetic parameters and simulating reflection losses numerically in X-band(8.2~12.4 GHz).The results showed that five materials all possessed excellent electromagnetic absorbing properties,the minimum reflection losses of which were all less than -10 dB at their optimum matching thickness,implying that more than 90% electromagnetic energy was absorbed.Among them,GNs had the best microwave absorption and the effective absorption bandwidth was 2.4 GHz(8.2~10.6 GHz).The reflection loss reached-33.6 dB at 8.4 GHz with the best matching thickness of 3.4 mm,indicating that the electromagnetic wave absorption rate of GNs was 99.9% at this frequency.
