石墨基柔性接地体及其在通信基站接地网中的应用
Flexible graphite base grounding body and its application in communication base station grounding network
【摘要】 石墨基柔性接地体相对于传统接地体,接地电阻低,在高低温循环作用下结构稳定,能满足短路故障电流的冲击,保证通信基站系统安全可靠运行、保障运行人员和电气设备安全;又因其基体是鳞片石墨加工而成,保留了石墨的全部特性,耐腐蚀性高、寿命长、无需更换,降低了接地装置的全寿命周期成本;在交通不便、无电、土壤电阻率较高的山区使用时,不需要再搬运焊机等笨重设备,埋设更方便,节约了土石方的开挖量,减少了施工强度,且安装流程简化,大大缩短了安装施工时间,降低了施工成本,有着其他接地装置不可比拟的优势。最后,简要阐述了石墨基柔性接地体在中国铁塔2018年河南省分公司洛阳市室外站工程中的应用情况,结果表明该接地体可以在恶劣地质环境条件下能满足实际工程的要求。
【Abstract】 Compared with the traditional grounding body,the Shi Moji flexible grounding body had low grounding resistance and stable structure under the high and low temperature cycle.It can meet the impact of short circuit fault current,ensured the safe and reliable operation of the communication base station system,and ensured the safety of operating personnel and electrical equipment.All characteristics,high corrosion resistance,long life,no need to be replaced,reduced the life cycle cost of grounding devices.When used in mountainous areas with inconvenient transportation,electricity and soil resistivity,no heavy equipment such as welding machines need to be removed.It was more convenient to lay down the excavation of the earth and rock and reduced the construction strength.And the installation process was simplified,which greatly reduced the installation time and reduced the construction cost,and had the incomparable advantages of other grounding devices.Finally,the application of graphite based flexible earthing in the project of Luoyang outdoor station in Henan branch of China iron tower in 2018 was briefly described.The results showed that the grounding body can meet the requirements of actual engineering under the harsh geological environment.
