H3PW12O40对TiO2纳米管光伏效应影响的研究
Influence of H3PW12O40 on photovoltaic efficiency of TiO2 nanotube
【摘要】 将H3PW12O40(PW12)用电沉积法沉积在TiO2纳米管薄膜上,得到PW12-TiO2纳米管复合薄膜,再将PW12-TiO2纳米管复合薄膜组装成光伏电池,测定其光电转换效率。结果表明:用PW12修饰的TiO2纳米管薄膜的光电转换效率达到3.62%,是未修饰TiO2纳米管薄膜(0.36%)的10倍左右,说明在TiO2纳米管薄膜光电转换时PW12能有效地抑制光生电子-空穴的复合,起到了储存和转移电子的作用,从而极大地提高了TiO2纳米管薄膜的光电转换效率。
【Abstract】 Using electrodeposition method to compound a layer of H3PW12O40(PW12)on TiO2 nanotube film for the purpose of modification and then assembled such compounded film into the PV cell and determined their photoelectric conversion efficiency.The experimental results showed that the conversion efficiency(3.62%)made 10 times more than that of the non-modified(0.36%),meaning that such polyacid can effectively inhibit the compounding of PV electrons and holes and function to store and effectively converted the electrons,thus greatly enhancing the conversion efficiency.
