聚乙烯醇/合成硅酸镁锂纳米复合膜的制备研究
Study on preparation of poly(vinyl alcohol)/laponite nanocomposite membrane
【摘要】 以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和合成硅酸镁锂为原料,采用溶液插层-流延成膜法制备了不同合成硅酸镁锂含量的PVA/合成硅酸镁锂纳米复合膜,并对PVA/合成硅酸镁锂纳米复合膜进行了表征。研究结果表明:6%(wt,质量分数)合成硅酸镁锂含量制得的PVA/合成硅酸镁锂纳米复合膜,结晶熔融温度达到253.1℃,平衡溶胀比为2.6,拉伸强度最大达到78MPa、断裂伸长率达到100%,耐水性、热性能和力学性能都得到明显改善。
【Abstract】 Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/laponite nanocomposite membranes with different contents of laponite were prepared by solution intercalation-film casting method,using PVA and laponite as raw materials.The composite membranes were characterized.The results showed that the crystal melting temperature reached 253.1℃,the equilibrium swelling ratio was 2.6,the tensile strength was up to 78 MPa,the elongation at break achieved 100%.The water resistance,thermal properties and mechanical property were significantly improved.
