镧改性粉煤灰及其脱氮除磷效果研究
Lanthanum modified fly-ash for the removal of phosphorus and nitrogen
【摘要】 以氯化镧为稀土盐离子改性剂,采用浸渍法对粉煤灰改性,探讨粉煤灰的最佳改性条件和稀土离子改性机理。在浸渍液浓度为0.5%(质量浓度)、pH为9、粉煤灰浸渍时间12h条件下,制得的镧改性粉煤灰脱氮除磷效果最好,并对制得的镧改性粉煤灰进行了表征。研究结果表明:镧改性粉煤灰投加量为1.0g/100mL,污水溶液pH为5,吸附时间为30min条件下,镧改性粉煤灰对水氨氮、硝氮、总氮和总磷的去除率分别达到93.20%、84.81%、86.41%和99.10%。
【Abstract】 Lanthanum chloride was chosen as modifier for fly ash by the impregnation method.The optimum modification conditions were explored.The pollutant removal effect and modification mechanism of rare earth ions were studied.The removal rate of phosphorus and nitrogen were highest in the condition of 0.5%(mass concentration)of lanthanum chloride solution,pH 9 for 12 h.Some technology were used to characterize modified fly ash.The results showed that the optimum removal rate of ammonia,nitrate,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 93.20%,84.81%,86.41% and 99.10%respectively in the condition of adsorbent dosage was 1.0 g/100 mL,solution pH was 5,adsorption time was 30 min.
