热解油脲醛树脂固沙剂研究

【摘要】 采用热解油、尿素和甲醛为主要原料,合成了一种新型热解油脲醛树脂(BUF)固沙剂。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对BUF进行了微观结构表征,测试了固沙试样的抗风蚀性、保水性、抗压强度、有机质含量及种子萌发率,分析了不同浓度BUF固沙剂的固沙效果。结果表明,BUF固沙剂能将沙土颗粒紧密粘结,形成较大团聚体结构。在BUF浓度为8%的条件下,固沙试样的风蚀率达到0.03%,保水率达到62%,抗压强度达到25mm,有机质含量达到1.29%,种子萌发率达到100%,能够满足实际应用要求。

【Abstract】 A new-type sand-fixing agent was synthesised with pyrolysis oil,urea and formaldehyde as main raw materials.The microstructure of bio-oil urea-formaldehyde(BUF)resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Wind erosion,water retention,compressive strength,organic matter content and seed germination of BUF were tested.Effects of BUF with different concentrations on sand fixation were analyzed.Results showed that the sand particles were closely bonded.BUF with concentrations of 8% met the requirements of practical application.Wind erosion resistance was 0.03% ,water retention was 62% ,compressive strength was up to 25 mm,organic matter content was 1.29% and seed germination of the sand specimens was greatly improved which reached 100% .
