低比转速离心泵驼峰特性曲线的研究及优化改进

【摘要】 某低比转速泵在实际试验中出现驼峰曲线,不能满足现场工况运行要求,针对出现问题的原因进行分析,采用水力技术设计方法并结合CFD仿真分析手段进行优化,对新设计的水力进行实验验证,试验后额定工况点避开驼峰,可以满足用户的现场需求,基于以上,合理的水力设计及CFD仿真方法可以有效解决工程实践中出现的驼峰问题。

【Abstract】 Hump shape curve appeared in practical test for low specific speed pump, which cannot meet the requirement in practical service. The cause of this phenomenon was first analyzed, then by using hydrostatic technical design method and CFD simulating analysis, the optimization was performed. With the result form new design method, experiment was carried out. It was shown that all of rated working condition are kept away humps so practical requirements can be reached. It can be concluded that appropriate hydrostatic design and CFD simulation can be used to solve the problem of hump shape curve appeared in engineering practice.
