提高法兰连接密封可靠性的最大螺栓安装载荷控制技术
Technique of Controlling Maximum Bolt Seating Load for Enhancing Seal Reliability of Flanged Connection
【摘要】 确定螺栓安装载荷是走出法兰设计选用的认识误区,解决法兰接头泄漏的核心问题。螺栓材料抗松弛适用温度应大大低于螺栓材料最高设计温度,螺栓安装应力应大大高于螺栓材料许用应力。垫片蠕变松弛是螺栓安装载荷(垫片应力)降低,并导致泄漏的重要因素。最大螺栓安装载荷只要控制螺栓不发生屈服、垫片不压溃、法兰不发生影响垫片密封的过大变形。按WRC 538或ASME压力容器规范进行法兰安装工况下的应力和转角(应变)评估。
【Abstract】 Determination of the seating force in flange bolts is one of the core issues for solving the problem of leakage occurred in flanged connection, in which there exists misunderstandings. To ensure certain seal in flanged connection, the anti-creep temperature of the material used for bolts should be much lower than the maximum design temperature and the seating stress of bolts should be greatly higher than the allowable stress. Stress relaxation induced from creep will occur in gasket, which results in the reduction of specific pressure on gasket surface and is an important factor resulting in the leakage occurred in flanges. Thus the seating force for the bolts in flanged connection should be large enough but be controlled that there are no yielding occurred in the bolts, no rupture occurred in gasket and no extra deflection occurred in flanges. In this article, it was recommended that the stresses and deflection of flanges under seating condition shall be assessed in accordance with WRC 538 or ASME BPVC.
