GJB 1307A航天火工装置通用规范修订情况介绍

【摘要】 GJB1307A-2004航天火工装置通用规范的执行对航天火工装置的研制和质量保证起到了重要的推动作用。但在执行过程中也发现一些问题:一方面是航天火工装置的种类不断更新,规范内容已不能完全满足实际研制情况的需要;另一方面,一些规定与实际研制情况不一致,造成使用部门在理解和执行上的困难。因此,航天科技集团五院508所在广泛征集行业内意见后完成了标准的修订。本文详细介绍了标准的修订情况,并对修订原因、修订依据及修订情况进行了介绍和说明,为研制和使用航天火工装置的技术人员深入理解、准确把握和实施新标准提供参考。

【Abstract】 The implementation of GJB 1307A-2004 "Specification for Pyrotechnic Devices of Aerospace" is to promote an important force in development and quality assurance of pyrotechnic devices. However, problems are also discovered during the implementation. On the one hand, the content of the specification has not met the actual requirements completely with the updating of the device types. On the other hand, because of the actual development effort disaccording with the regulation, it will cause understanding divarication and executing difficulty for use department. Therefore, the revision of this standard has been completed after collected all the feedback in this field by China Academy of Space Technology. The change and development of the specification is introduced in this paper, with the emphasis on the reason analysis, guiding principles, and main contents during the process. All of these are proposed to provide reference for pyrotechnic engineer to understand, grasp and implement the new standard.
