新型起爆药BNCP的应用研究

【摘要】 为了进一步推广新型安全钝感起爆药BNCP的军事应用,开展了BNCP的性能分析及其在起爆器和点火器中的应用研究。通过对BNCP的热性能、热安定性、相容性及感度进行测试,得到了BNCP的基础性能数据;对装填BNCP的两种火工品的输出性能进行测试,结果表明:在某起爆器中用BNCP代替CMC-LA,装药量减少了25mg,输出压力平均值提高了2.1MPa;在某电点火器中用BNCP代替b-LTNR,装药量减少了5mg,输出压力平均值提高了约2.5MPa。采用BNCP的两种火工品均能够正常作用,且做功能力增强,说明BNCP可以代替叠氮化铅和斯蒂芬酸铅在部分火工品中进行应用。

【Abstract】 In order to further promote the application of tetraammine bis(5-nitrotetrazolato)cobalt(Ⅲ)perchlorate(BNCP)in the military weapons, the applying technology in two kinds of pyrotechnics and performance analysis of BNCP were carried out. Through measuring the thermal performance, thermal stability, compatibility and sensitivity, the experimental data of base performance of BNCP were obtained. The output performance and application of BNCP in two kinds of pyrotechnics were studied, which showed that as the lead azide(LA) was instead of BNCP in some initiator, the charge mass was reduced by 25 mg and the average output pressure was increased by 2.1 MPa, as the lead styphnate(LTNR) was instead of BNCP in some igniter, the charge mass was reduced by 5 mg and the average output pressure was increased by 2.5 MPa. Two kinds of pyrotechnics can function normally, and the output pressure is obviously increased. The study indicates BNCP could be substituted for LA and LTNR in some military pyrotechnics.
