静电自组装GO/Al/CuO的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用Modified Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),利用氧化石墨烯的静电力作用,静电自组装制备了GO/Al/CuO亚稳态分子间复合物。对样品的微观形貌、结构和热反应特性及感度进行研究测试。结果表明:自组装法增大了组分粒子的接触,纳米Al和纳米CuO粒子均匀负载在GO片层;与物理混合法相比,静电自组装制备的GO/Al/CuO反应放热量达到1 394 J/g,提高了61.34%,撞击、摩擦和火焰感度均有所降低。

【Abstract】 By use of Modified Hummers method, graphene oxide was prepared, copper oxide and aluminum composite were self-assembled by the electrostatic action and covalent interaction of graphene oxide. The characteristics of structure and thermal behavior were investigated, as well as the sensitivity was tested. Results show that the connection between different materials are enhanced by self-assembly. Nano-Al particles and CuO are uniformly compounded on the grephene oxide sheet. Compared with ultrasonic mixing method, the heat release of GO/Al/CuO is 1 394 J/g, increased by 61.34%, meanwhile, the impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity and flame sensitivity are also decreased.
