羟乙基壳聚糖制备及其在不同领域中的应用
Preparation of Hydroxyethyl Chitosans and Its Application in Different Fields
【摘要】 壳聚糖的羟乙基化改性是改善壳聚糖水溶性的方法之一。羟乙基壳聚糖(HECTS)是壳聚糖经羟乙基化改性得到的壳聚糖衍生物,在药物合成、吸附材料、药物负载与控制释放、抗菌材料、组织工程材料、液晶高分子材料等众多领域有广泛应用。本文概述了羟乙基壳聚糖的基本类型及其制备方法,及羟乙基壳聚糖在相关领域的应用进展情况,并展望了羟乙基壳聚糖的研究趋势。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyethylating modification is one of important methods to improve the water solubility of chitosan. Hydroxyethyl chitosan is the product derived from the hydroxylation of chitosan,and had been found extensive application in different fields,such as drug synthesis,adsorption materials,drug load and controlled release,antibacterial materials,tissue engineering materials and liquid crystalline polymer,etc. The basic types,manufacture process and applications in relative fields of hydroxyethyl chitosan were summarized. Meanwhile,the developing trend on the study of hydroxyethyl chitosans was also prospected.
