安全控制实验在工艺类化工专业实验中的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Safety Control in the Chemical Engineering and Process Speciality Experiment
【摘要】 化工安全控制实验是化工仪表及自动化与化工过程和工艺安全理念相结合的探索性专业实验。本文以反应器超温联锁报警控制实验为例,详述了实验的开发思路、教学经验等。该实验课程让学生亲自动手连接传感器、仪表、继电器等元件组成自动控制安全联锁系统,研究安全联锁电路如何切断加热电路,进而保护设备安全。实验激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生工艺控制设计及实践能力,增强了化工安全意识。
【Abstract】 Chemical safety control experiment is one kind of exploratory speciality experiment which combining chemical industry instrument and automation with chemical process and process safety concept.The Over-temperature Interlocking Alarm Control of Reactor Experiment is introduced and its development idea and teaching experience is detailed too.During the course of this experiment,students have to make up an automatic safety interlock system by connecting sensors,meters,relays and so on.After that,they study overtemperature safety interlock circuit how to cut off the heating circuit in order to protect the equipment safety.The experiment stimulated students’ learning interest,improved the design and practical ability of students’ process control,and enhanced the consciousness of chemical engineering safety.
