【摘要】 "食品科学与工程专业实验"是我校食品科学与工程专业的主干课程,也是本专业至关重要的实验教学环节,对培养学生的科研能力及实验动手能力具有十分重要的意义。因此,食品专业实验教学的完善与改进至关重要。我校食品专业课程体系上存在实验安排有待改善、实验空间有限及考核体系不完善三方面问题。同时,探索了其教学改革的措施,包括更新实验教学内容、完善实验空间和重建考核体系,也为其他相关课程的改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The course,Food Science and Engineering Experiment,is not only one of the most important courses for the major of food science and engineering,but also a crucial experimental teaching course for this major in our university. This course is critical to cultivate the ability of scientific research and experimental operation for the students of this major. Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the experimental teaching of food specialty. Here,we analyzed the existing problems from the curriculum system of food specialty in our university and then discussed them mainly from three aspects: the experimental arrangement needs to be improved,the experimental space is limited,and the assessment system is also imperfect. In addition,we also probes into the measures of teaching reform,including updating the experimental teaching content,expanding the experimental space and rebuilding the assessment system. Meanwhile,this paper will provide a reference for the reform of other associated courses.更多还原
