【Abstract】 Based on the structural property of MP decomposer of urea unit in actual projects,this paper summarizes the key points in designing and manufacturing the intermediate pipe joint,such as material selection for heat exchange tube,pull-out force calculation of pipe joint,evaluation on expansion joint process of intermediate pipe joint,hydraulic test,etc,for the purpose of serving as a reference for designing and manufacturing of similar equipment.更多还原
