【摘要】 在存量规划的背景下,城市更新成为提高空间品质、激活空间活力、解决空间矛盾的必经途径。然而大拆大建、推倒重来的城市更新无异于地块的二次增量开发,所带来的不仅是低效与浪费,还会给原有地块的场所和空间肌理带来破坏。针对这一问题,建筑和规划学界提出城市微更新的设想,试图利用这种方式降低空间重塑过程中的成本和破坏力,但是学界并没有对城市微更新的概念和原则方法做出明确的界定研究。文章在分析城市微更新案例的基础上,总结出城市微更新的特点和原则,并以合肥大学城商业街区为例提出城市微更新的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of stock planning,urban renewal has become a necessary way to improve the quality of space,activate the vitality of space and solve the contradiction of space.However,the urban renewal with large-scale demolition and construction is no different from the second incremental development of plots,resulting in not only inefficiency and waste,but also the damage of places and spatial texture of original plots.To solve this problem,the architectural and planning scholars have proposed the idea of urban micro-renewal,trying to use this approach to reduce the cost and destructive power in the space remodeling process.However,the definition of the concept and principle of urban micro-renewal is still unclear.This paper attempts to summarize the characteristics and principles of urban micro-renewal on the basis of the case study of urban micro-renewal.Taking the commercial district of Hefei University Town as an example,the strategies on urban micro-renewal are also put forward.更多还原
