【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy in our country,higher requirements have been put forward for talents in all fields of society. The teaching goal of independent colleges is to cultivate more complex talents for the society,which requires teachers not only have rich theoretical knowledge,but also have certain practical ability. Since the establishment of independent undergraduate colleges in China,they have been focusing on training applied talents.They have consistently emphasized that students are the basis of education and teaching innovation. Teachers play a leading role in teaching activities. Teachers are the leading role,students are the main body,and the construction of double-qualified teachers team is the training of applied talents in independent colleges. This paper makes a detailed study on the construction of double qualified teachers in independent colleges,analyzes the necessity of building double qualified teachers,expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of double qualified teachers in independent colleges,and puts forward effective strategies for the cultivation of double qualified teachers in independent colleges for reference.更多还原
