胫骨横向骨搬移微循环再生技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效分析

【摘要】 选取本院收治的90例糖尿病足患者,电脑随机分为观察组一组(45例糖尿病足患者)、对照组一组(45例糖尿病足患者),分别实施胫骨横向骨搬移微循环再生技术治疗及常规手术治疗。观察组糖尿病足患者的总有效率95.56%,与对照组总有效率77.78%具有显著差异(P<0.05),观察组糖尿病足患者的住院时间(10.21±1.25)d、手术时间(50.25±2.12)min与对照组住院时间、手术时间具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病足患者的创面愈合时间(1.25±0.21)月、血糖控制平稳时间(3.21±1.01)d与对照组创面愈合时间、血糖控制平稳时间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。通过对糖尿病足患者实施胫骨横向骨搬移微循环再生技术治疗后,取得显著效果,具有较高的临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Ninety patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a group of observation group( 45 patients with diabetic foot) and a group of control group( 45 patients with diabetic foot). The total effective rate was 95. 56% in observation group and 77. 78% in control group( P < 0. 05). The hospitalization time( 10. 21 ±1. 25) d and the operation time( 50. 25 ± 2. 12) in the diabetic foot group were observed in observation group. There was a significant difference between the hospital stay and operation time in two groups( P < 0. 05); the wound healing time in the diabetic foot of observation group was( 1. 25 ± 0. 21) months,and the blood glucose control was stable( 3. 21 ±1. 01) days in control group. There was a significant difference in time and blood glucose control( P < 0. 05). The treatment of diabetic foot patients with tibial lateral bone removal microcirculation regeneration technology has achieved significant results with high clinical efficacy.
