基于改进单神经元PID的转子动平衡控制方法

【摘要】 文章针对传统PID控制方法平衡效率与平衡精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于模糊自整定单神经元PID控制的转子动平衡控制方法,将单神经元技术与PID控制结合使得PID的控制参数可以自适应调整,同时为了进一步提高控制器的稳态性能,引入了模糊控制技术,通过模糊变量的定义、隶属度函数的设计和判定规则的设置实现了对可变步长的模糊控制。自行设计并搭建了转子实验台以及动平衡控制系统,通过与传统的PID控制方法相对比,结果表明该文方法能够有效改善转子动平衡的控制性能,具有较好的自适应性及鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of the low balancing efficiency and precision of the traditional PID control method,a rotor dynamic balancing control method based on fuzzy auto-tuning single neuron PID control is proposed.Through combining the single neuron technology with PID control,the parameters of PID can be adjusted adaptively.And the fuzzy control technology is introduced to improve the steady-state performance of the controller.By means of the definition of fuzzy variables,the design of membership function and the setting of decision rules,the fuzzy control for variable step is realized.The self-designed rotor test rig as well as the dynamic balancing control system is built.It is shown that compared with the traditional PID control method,the proposed method can effectively improve the control performance of the rotor dynamic balance with better adaptability and robustness.
