依托泊苷植入剂抑制非小细胞肺癌小鼠肿瘤局部复发的研究
Inhibitory effect of etoposide-loaded implants on local recurrence in non-small cell lung cancer mice
【摘要】 文章通过在C57BL/6j小鼠皮下注射非小细胞肺癌细胞(Lewis lung cancer,LLC),建立非小细胞肺癌局部复发模型,研究依托泊苷(VP-16)植入剂对肺癌局部复发的抑制作用。实验制备了VP-16植入剂,并检测其在体内、外的释放度;考察VP-16植入剂对模型小鼠局部肿瘤复发时间和生存期的影响,并从体重、骨髓抑制和肝脏组织形态学等方面评价其安全性。结果显示,VP-16植入剂不仅能有效抑制肿瘤的局部复发,延长小鼠生存期,还可降低VP-16的骨髓抑制和肝脏损伤等毒副作用。
【Abstract】 In order to study the inhibitory effect of etoposide(VP-16)implants on local recurrence of lung cancer,the non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)local recurrence models were established by subcutaneously injecting the Lewis lung cancer(LLC)cells into the C57 BL/6 j mice axillaries.The VP-16 implants were prepared and the cumulative release rate in vivo and in vitro was tested.The effect of VP-16 implants on local recurrence and survival time was tested.Body weight,myelosuppression and liver injury were also investigated to estimate the security of VP-16 implants.The results show that the VP-16 implants can significantly inhibit local tumor recurrence and prolong the survival time of mice,while reducing the adverse effect of VP-16 such as myelosuppression and liver injury.
