真菌T-2毒素的降解菌鉴定及降解效果研究

【摘要】 Aspergillus Niger是经筛选获得的一株降解菌,实验结果表明它对T-2毒素具有一定的降解效果。通过高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)检测,初始质量浓度不同的T-2毒素经Aspergillus Niger菌株发酵7d后,其降解率均在65%以上;14d发酵后,降解率达到90%以上;且从菌株中提取的降解酶对T-2毒素的降解率达到70%以上。经气相色谱法(gas chromatography,GC)对T-2毒素降解产物进行分析,结果显示T-2毒素被降解酶降解成多种物质,可能是HT-2毒素、T-2三醇和T-2四醇这些毒性较小的物质。

【Abstract】 A strain of degrading bacteria Aspergillus Niger was obtained by screening.Experimental results showed that it had a T-2 toxin degradation effect.Detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),it was found that after the T-2 toxin with different initial concentrations had been fermented for 7 dby Aspergillus Niger,the degradation rate was over 65%;after 14 dfermentation,the degradation rate was over 90%;and the degradation enzyme extracted from the strain degraded the T-2 toxin over 70%.The T-2 toxin degradation products were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC),and the result proved that T-2 toxin was degraded into various less toxic substances that might be HT-2 toxin,T-2 triol and T-2 tetraol.
