车载LNG气瓶跌落冲击分析
Analysis of drop impact of vehicle LNG cylinders
【摘要】 文章针对车载液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,LNG)气瓶的跌落风险,选择不同跌落高度和跌落角度对LNG气瓶跌落所受冲击进行数值分析。对跌落高度分析显示,高度越高则筒体变形量及所受冲击越大,且最大应力出现在气瓶筒体的筒身与前封头的连接处;对跌落角度分析显示,在倾斜45°跌落时筒体的最大加速度最大,产生的相应的等效应力也最大。分析结果为车载LNG气瓶的设计、制造及使用提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 In view of the drop risk of the vehicle liquefied natural gas(LNG)cylinders,the numerical analysis on the impact from LNG cylinder drop with different drop height and drop angle is carried out.Drop height analysis shows that the higher the height,the greater the cylinder deformation,and the maximum stress appears in the connection point of the cylinder body and the front head.Drop angle analysis shows that when slipped at 45°,the cylinder has maximum acceleration and corresponding maximum equivalent stress.The analysis results provide reference for the design,manufacture and application of vehicle LNG cylinders.
