某款燃气发动机的混合器改进设计

【摘要】 文章通过对某款燃气发动机的混合器实验数据进行分析,发现发动机冷启动后混合气浓度过稀,使该款发动机怠速不稳以致启动不成功,因此改进设计了一个带有单向阀和调节阀的文丘里管式混合器;并运用Matlab/Simulink软件对所设计的混合器进行了数学建模和仿真模拟。仿真结果分析表明,改进后的混合器可以使发动机冷启动后期的混合气浓度明显提高,解决了该款发动机冷启动困难的问题。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of experimental data from the mixer of a certain gas engine,it is found that the mixture concentration is too lean after starting,which makes the engine not stable at idle speed and start unsuccessfully.Therefore,the improved venturi mixer with a one-way valve and regulating valve was designed.Mathematical modeling and simulation for the designed mixer were done by Matlab/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the mixture concentration is significantly enriched after the engine has been started by the designed mixer,and then the above mentioned problem is solved.
