基于等效差压法的浮空器泄漏检测方法研究
Study on aerostat leakage detection method based on equivalent differential pressure method
【摘要】 为了解决浮空器泄漏问题,文章在差压法原理的基础上,针对浮空器体积大、运行环境复杂的特点,提出了一种等效差压法。采用数值仿真建立等效差压法模型进行研究,并将计算所得泄漏量结果与试验测得结果相比,相对误差小于5%,可见仿真结果与实际情况符合,表明该种等效差压法进行浮空器泄漏量计算方法可行。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of aerostat leakage,and in view of the characteristics of aerostat such as big size and complex operating condition,an equivalent differential pressure method is presented based on the principle of differential pressure.Numerical simulation is adopted to establish the model of aerostat based on the equivalent differential pressure method.The calculated leakage results are compared with the results measured in experiment,and the relative error is less than 5%,the simulation results are in accordance with the actual situation,showing that the proposed equivalent differential pressure method to calculate the leakage of aerostat is feasible.
