基础设施结构、空间溢出与绿色全要素生产率——中国的经验证据
Infrastructure structure,spatial overflow and green total factor productivity— evidence from China
【摘要】 本文将基础设施区分为经济基础设施和社会基础设施,通过Malmquist指数计算了绿色全要素生产率,结果表明2005-2014年我国的绿色全要素生产率呈现先上升后下降的态势;使用空间杜宾模型探讨经济基础设施、社会基础设施以及两者的交互项对于绿色全要素生产率的影响,发现无论是经济基础设施还是社会基础设施对绿色全要素生产率都有正向的促进作用,但两者的交互项是负向的抑制作用,说明基础设施对于绿色全要素生产率存在适度性影响,而且对邻近地区总体是抑制性的。基础设施投资需要适度和在更大区域范围进行资源整合。
【Abstract】 Calculating green total factor productivity(GTFP)with the Malmquist index,the results show that Chinese GTFP increased first and then decreased during 2005-2014. Using spatial Durbin model to explore the effects of the economic infrastructure,social infrastructure and the interaction term of them on GTFP,we found that both economic and social infrastructure have a positive effect on GTFP,but the interaction term have an inhibitory effect on GTFP. Infrastructure has structural effects on GTFP and an opposite effect on adjacent areas.
