【摘要】 新生代农民工是我国城镇化建设的重要力量,其素质高低直接影响着城镇化建设的进程。探析新生代农民工的学习需求,对于提高他们的综合素质以及生活水平具有重要意义。基于新生代农民工的数量、受教育水平、从业分布等基本现状,探究他们远程学习需求的特点,并据此提出满足他们远程学习需求的相应对策,即制定相关制度保障学习权利,开发多元化的远程学习课程,构建全方位远程学习支持服务,为新生代农民工继续学习和综合素质提高提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in China’s urbanization construction,which directly affects the process of urbanization construction.It is of great significance to explore the learning needs of the new generation of migrant workers and to improve their comprehensive quality and living standard.Based on the number of new generation of migrant workers,the education level,industry distribution and other basic situation,to explore the characteristics of new generation migrant workers distance learning needs, and accordingly puts forward the countermeasures to meet the demands of the new generation of migrant workers to distance learning,establish relevant system security rights,develop diversified distance learning courses,build all-round distance learning support services,to provide reference for the new generation migrant workers continue to learn and the improvement of comprehensive quality.更多还原
