【摘要】 在知识经济和创新驱动时期,集群企业只有不断创新才能应对经济新常态所带来的挑战.集群企业既要充分利用本地资源,更需要从外部网络搜寻异质性知识资源.文中从跨区域知识网络视角,以温州制造集群企业为样本,探究集群企业创新能力提升的有效路径.研究发现企业跨区域知识网络中知识开发网络与知识扩散网络对集群企业创新能力具有显著的正向影响,其中扩散网络对创新能力的影响更加显著.同时,以环境不确定性作为调节变量,发现环境不确定对创新能力也具有显著的正向影响,但对知识开发网络和扩散网络与集群创新能力关系的调节作用并不显著,文章最后提出了若干对策建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the period of knowledge economy and innovation drive,the cluster enterprises can meet the challenge of the new normal economy only by continuous innovation. Cluster enterprises must not only make full use of local resources,but also need to search for heterogeneous knowledge resources from external networks. From the perspective of inter-regional knowledge network,the paper studies the cluster enterprises in Wenzhou,and explores the effective way to improve the ability of innovation. The study finds that knowledge development and knowledge diffusion networks have significant positive influence on cluster innovation capability,and diffusion networks have more significant impact. Taking the environmental uncertainty as the manipulated variable,we find that the uncertain environment has significant positive influence on the innovation capacity,but it is not significant to the relationship between the cluster innovation capacity and the knowledge development network and the diffusion network,and finally,some countermeasures are put forward.更多还原
