【Abstract】 The " National Training Plan" is a government-leading teachers training program,and its development is closely related to the guidance of national policies. By analyzing the relevant policy documents of " National Training Plan" during the years of 2010-2018,this paper divides the two periods of " National Training Plan" into several stages,clarifies the policy effect of each stage,and analyzes the changes of the training elements in each period,exploring the effective path of implementing the " National Training Plan" in the new era from the reform trend of policy documents.更多还原
